Lucan Sarsfields - Nagarhope Recreational GAA Challenge
Celebrities line up for Recreational GAA
On Sunday - 3rd of February - the second Annual Nagarhope Celebrity Challenge was held in Lucan Sarsfields. On the day a team of celebs -including Bernard Brogan, , Brian Kerr, Eamonn Coghlan, Joe Dooley, Brian Whelehan, and Derek Keating - took on the Lucan locals in a game of Recreational GAA.
The first half was Recreational Football, while in the second half the teams turned their hand to Recreational Hurling.
It was good fun for a good cause with over 300 people in attendance for the games, a raffle and a magic show.
